SALC's annual governance calendar is linked to the Constitution and the mechanisms that are in place providing a framework to monitor progress and quality of service.
Board meeting Quarter 4 & strategic awayday (in person meeting)
To consider the strategic steer from the Board, consider adaptations to the Business Plan, alignment of projects, timelines and resources. Includes a review of activities up to end of Quarter 3. Agree draft budget. Review of core policies which are responsibility of the Board such as the Constitution, Motions policy and Complaints. Consider motions for agm.
