Clerks Unplugged On the Road
Thursday October 9th 2025

Our very first Clerks Unplugged on the Road stop took us to the charming market town of Eye and what a brilliant start it was!

Right in the centre stands Eye Town Hall, built in 1857. Its striking Italianate style gives it a touch of continental charm a reminder that Suffolk’s architecture is full of surprises. Who knew we had a little hint of Italy right here in the county.

Inside, the welcome was every bit as warm as the décor. It was wonderful to see both familiar faces and new ones join us for a relaxed sip and social. The room buzzed with chatter as stories, ideas, and a few laughs were shared over generous helpings of tea and cake (the unofficial fuel of every good clerk!).

The morning flew by in the best possible way – a reminder of how valuable and enjoyable these moments of connection can be.

So where will Clerks Unplugged on the road pop up next?

Keep your eyes peeled for details of our next road trip stop, coming in early 2026. One thing’s for sure – there’ll be more great company, more good conversation… and definitely more cake!
