EIA - deadline 27th November. Guidance for parishes
We have been advised that the proposed White Elm Solar Farm , that is seeking consent through the Planning Act 2008, has submitted a scoping report to the Planning Inspectorate.
Therefore, a scoping consultation has been sent by the Planning Inspectorate to the relevant consultees, including Suffolk County Council.

The deadline for responses to the planning inspectorate is 27th November. This is a regulatory deadline and it cannot therefore be extended.

PINS (the Planning Inspectorate) have advised that the following parish councils have been approached for EIA scoping comments: -

 - Thorndon Parish Council
 - Finningham Parish Council
 - Gislingham Parish Council
 - Old Newton with Dagworth and Gipping Parish Council
 - Earl Stonham Parish Council
 - Stonham Parva Parish Council
 - Bacton Parish Council
 - Wickham Skeith Parish Council
