Election to SALC Board

SALC will be electing representatives to be part of our SALC Board. Joining the SALC Board is a great way for a councillor or clerk to expand their experience and knowledge of the sector. The role of the SALC Board is to maintain values, determine mission, direct and monitor the objectives set influenced by member councils.

If you are interested in this role, please click on this link to register your interest.

Your representatives on the SALC Board:
Helen Davies, (CHAIR) Sproughton Parish Council
Jane Cryer, (VICE CHAIR) Layham Parish Council

Benefits of area forums

Our members tell us that the best 'takeaway' from our forums are the nuggets of information from other councils.  This can range from showcasing successful projects to raising an issue your council is aware of and wants to discuss potential options.
